Prices & VAT

All prices are stated excluding VAT.

For all countries outside of Sweden VAT is not charged when purchasing goods from another EU country. If you purchase goods for commercial purposes from another EU country, you must declare the VAT on the transaction at the rate applicable in your country as if you had sold the goods yourself. Please enter your valid VAT number.

Delivery

We ship freely directly to all public libraries in Sweden, and for a fixed rate in all EU countries on all orders made in our online store.

Payment

Payment will be made to invoice within 30 days. Late interest is charged with current discount + 8%. We reserve the right to make credit information for new customers.

Guarantee & Warranty

Guarantee is handled by respective manufacturer. AxiellDirekt are not offering any additional guarantees on top of what the respective manufacturer specifies in their terms and warranty information.  For most products, 12 months warranty applies. Some products have longer warranty period, and this is stated in the product information.
